What does Insured mean to me as a client?

I am insured through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC. This means that your personal property and pet(s) are covered while in my care. This gives you peace of mind knowing that you are doing business with someone who holds a level of professionalism.

Can I call you on a last minutes notice?

ABSOLUTELY! Even if you haven't booked in advance and you have an emergency, I will do my best to make sure that your pet(s) are taken care of. The last thing I want is for an animal to be put off on someone who will not care for it the right way.

Who will be coming into my home?

I am the sole proprietor of this business. I do not (and will not!) sub-contract out to others. I pride my business on making lasting relationships with the owner and the pet. 

What time of day will you visit my pet(s)?

At the time of the pet greet consultation we will discuss the visits that you prefer. I will make every effort to stick to that time.
