Once you have contacted me, I will come to your home for a FREE pet greet (consultation) - usually 30 min to 1 hr. We will get to know one another to make sure your are comfortable with me, and you can ask any questions. We will discuss the routines and needs of your pets and I will meet your babies. We will agree on the services that suit you and your pet, and sign all documents for my file.
Please have a key ready for me at this first meeting. Note: There is a $10 key pickup fee outside of initial meeting.
If I am fortunate enough to become your Pet Sitter, I recommend the "Key Keeper Program"
It allows me to take a copy of your key to have in a locked safe at my residence. I associate your key with your pet's name, so you never have to worry about your key falling into the wrong hands. I recommend the"Key Keeper" for several reasons:
- If you ever need me on a moments notice, I will have access
- You never have to leave your key somewhere outside your home for me
- You don't have to incur a fee for me to pick up or drop off your key
Also, please be sure that the key works fine before handing it over to me. It is better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your home and pet.
If you decide not to participate in the program, that will mean you have to leave your key outside somewhere for me, which I do not recommend, or I will have to make extra trips for me to pick up and drop off your key. I will have to charge $10.00 for time and gas. Thank you for your understanding!
